I am a former world champion and 3-time Competitor of the Year in martial arts. I was a member of the greatest sport karate team of all time.

What level of resistance band should I buy?

Package 1
Yellow: (Ultra Light at 3lbs.) Yellow Resistance Bands are for those who are just starting their fitness journey, who have limited mobility and/or those who are not active on a daily basis. This level of resistance is briefly needed but used for increasing general mobility, strengthening weak muscles, warming up before an exercise and increasing blood flow. Orange: (Very Light at 7lbs.) Orange Resistance Bands are for someone a bit more active but not exercising to build muscles. This is great place to start for someone beginning resistance training.

Orange: (Very Light at 7lbs.) Orange resistance bands are for someone a bit more active but not exercising to build muscles. This is great place to start for someone beginning resistance training. Green: (Light at 12lbs.) The Green resistance band is at the lower end of intermediate level of fitness. This weight is the perfect beginning level for active people. If you have been actively working out but you have never used resistance bands, this is where you should start.

The Red Resistance band is a great intermediate midrange weight for both men and women who exercise actively daily.

Red: (Medium at 18lbs.) The Red Resistance band is a great intermediate midrange weight for both men and women. Blue: Heavy at 25lbs.) The Blue Resistance Bands is at the heavy end of the intermediate mid range level. This is the most typical go to band for men who exercise frequently. Very fit women also use this band.

What is your return policy for TRW Packages?

Warranty and Return Policy:
If any band or hardware snaps, breaks or fails within the first 90 days, we will replace it for free. Shipping the damaged item to our facility is not included. To return or exchange a product, call 1-800-440-1947 or email team@keithcookefitness.com for a return authorization number and shipping instructions.


Only unused items in brand new condition may be returned for full refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days, a 20% restocking fee will apply. *Except in the case of error on the part of Keith Cooke Fitness.
